Warranty Policy

Dirty Diamond Diesel LLC sells products from a variety of manufacturers and suppliers. Unless specifically stated otherwise, Dirty Diamond Diesel LLC does not manufacture the products we sell.

Manufacturer Warranty

All warranty claims for products not manufactured by Dirty Diamond Diesel LLC must be handled directly through the product's manufacturer.

If a product is believed to be defective or has experienced a warranty-related issue, the customer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer and following the manufacturer's warranty claim process.

Dirty Diamond Diesel LLC does not determine whether a product qualifies for a manufacturer's warranty and cannot guarantee that a manufacturer will approve a warranty claim.

Installation & Use

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are properly installed and used according to the manufacturer's specifications and instructions.

Improper installation, misuse, abuse, modifications, racing or competition use, improper maintenance, or installation by an unqualified individual may void a manufacturer's warranty.

Dirty Diamond Diesel LLC Manufactured Products

If a product is specifically identified as being manufactured by Dirty Diamond Diesel LLC, warranty coverage will be handled according to the warranty terms provided with that specific product.

Warranty Claims

Before returning or sending any product to Dirty Diamond Diesel LLC for a warranty-related issue, customers must contact us first if the manufacturer has instructed them to do so.

Do not send warranty products to Dirty Diamond Diesel LLC without prior authorization.

Dirty Diamond Diesel LLC is not responsible for warranty coverage, reimbursement, labor costs, installation costs, removal costs, diagnostic costs, downtime, towing, or any other expenses unless specifically agreed to in writing.

Important Notice

Dirty Diamond Diesel LLC is not the manufacturer of the products we sell unless expressly stated otherwise. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the respective manufacturer and are subject to that manufacturer's terms, conditions, limitations, and approval process.

Dirty Diamond Diesel LLC reserves the right to update or modify this warranty policy at any time.
