Return Policy

At Dirty Diamond Diesel LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following return requirements before submitting a return request.

Return Eligibility

• All return requests must be made within 30 days of the date the product was received.
• Products must be completely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Products that have been opened, used, modified, damaged, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return.
• Under no circumstances will products that have been installed or have had an attempted installation be accepted for return.
• The product must be in new and resalable condition when received by Dirty Diamond Diesel LLC.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price, depending on the condition of the returned product and applicable return circumstances.

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Dirty Diamond Diesel LLC is not responsible for return shipping.

Return Approval

All returns must be approved by Dirty Diamond Diesel LLC before being shipped back. Please contact us to request a return authorization and return instructions.

Dirty Diamond Diesel LLC reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
